Information We Collect
We securely handle essential account and support information (such as your username, email, and order/ticket details) to protect your account and provide services smoothly.
When you submit support tickets, we may store message content and uploaded images to provide support, order assistance, and account security monitoring.
How We Use Information
We use your data to operate accounts, provide services, verify sign-ins via OTP, detect abuse, and communicate order-related updates through the ticket system.
We also use technical data for fraud prevention, failed-login analysis, platform security, and operational auditing.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with infrastructure and communications providers required to run G2K, such as transactional email delivery services.
Data Retention
We retain account and audit records while your account remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter to satisfy legal, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution requirements.
Security Controls
Passwords are stored as secure hashes, admin authentication is isolated, and protective controls such as rate limiting, OTP expiration, and activity logging are enforced.
