Refund Policy

How refund eligibility and review are handled for digital services.

General Principle

Because products are digital, refund requests are evaluated case-by-case and must be submitted through the ticket system.

Eligible Cases

  • Verified duplicate charge for the same order
  • Confirmed non-delivery after successful payment verification
  • Service mismatch materially different from confirmed ticket agreement

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Customer error in submitted account details
  • Policy violations or abusive behavior
  • Requests raised after successful delivery and acceptance without valid technical basis

Refund Request Window

Please open a refund ticket as soon as possible with full evidence. Delayed reports may limit available resolution options.

Resolution Timeline

Approved refunds are processed by method and provider timelines. External banking or payment network delays may apply.
